CareWire is a weekly digest for people who sell to care providers.
Every Monday: the week’s new CQC registrations, rating changes, ownership changes and registered-manager vacancies – filtered to your trade and region, with contact details where the regulator publishes them.
We check the register every day, so you hear about changes before most people have looked.
See plans and pricing From £39/month · monthly billing · cancel anytimeFour kinds of change from the CQC register, checked daily and sent every Monday. If you sell to care providers, you already know what each of these means for your business. Our job is making sure you see them first.
Every care home, homecare agency, clinic and dental practice newly registered that week – name, location, service type, beds where recorded, provider, and phone and website where published.
Every service whose CQC rating changed at its latest inspection, up or down, with the rating before and after.
Locations that moved to a new provider or re-registered under new ownership.
Services newly reporting that they have no registered manager in post.

The Care Quality Commission’s public register, via their API, checked daily. CareWire contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We add the filtering, classification and delivery – the underlying record is the regulator’s.
You can – the whole register sells for about £50. Plenty of people do, and for some jobs it’s the right buy. But a file tells you what existed on the day it was exported – it can’t tell you that a new home registered last Tuesday, or that a rating dropped, or that a manager left. That’s the part we do, and it’s the part that goes out of date fastest.
You can – it’s free, and the data is the same. The difficulty is that the register covers around 50,000 locations and there’s no view of what changed this week for businesses like yours. We check it daily, sort the changes by trade and region, and send you the ones that matter. Whether that’s worth £39 a month depends on how you currently spend your Monday mornings.
The digest contains information about organisations, drawn from a public statutory register, redistributed under its open licence. Where an individual’s name appears in that register, we honour removal requests immediately – one email does it. We’re registered with the ICO, and our privacy notice sets out the full basis.
Then your digest says so, briefly. We’d rather tell you “nothing this week” than pad it. Wide filters (all England, all triggers) typically see dozens of events weekly.
Yes – self-serve from the link in every email, effective at the end of the billing period. No calls, no retention scripts.
